Weld-Free Body
Weld-free bodies produced by machining solid material on CNC machines. Minimum wall thickness of 6 mm.
Phthalate-Free & Migration-Free Elastomers
All elastomers in contact with the product have passed both tests. Food safety at the highest level.
5–20 Bar Pressure Resistance
Designed for process pressures between 5 and 20 bar as needed.
Ra 0.8 μm Surface Roughness
Surfaces in contact with the product are below the Ra 0.8 μm roughness value.
Mixproof Feature
Mixproof valves with ASI protocol system connection — zero risk of cross-contamination.
EHEDG Hygienic Design Certificate
Valves certified by the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG).
